Turnaround Presents to Visitors from The Liliʻuokalani Trust

Representatives from The Liliʻuokalani Trust, an organization that is committed to changing the trajectory for disadvantaged Native Hawaiian youth, visited Turnaround for Children’s NYC office for a learning session to aid in their quest to cultivate environments that reduce stress and increase learning, both through programs and work with local schools in Hawaii.

The Liliʻuokalani Trust serves nearly 10,000 children and their families each year through comprehensive and innovative youth development programs and reaches thousands more through community partnerships.

Turnaround was honored to meet with representatives of the organization’s executive and youth/program development teams and to share leanings from Turnaround’s science and practice-informed approach.
